The founder of the luxury skincare line, Tata Harper, could not find 100% natural products that were up to her quality standards, so she decided to create her own skincare with the promise to always deliver quality and natural products that are good for your skin. All products are free from toxins, chemicals, artificial colours, and fillers - making them good for the environment as well!

What makes them sustainable?

Tata Harper has thought through the impact that they have on the environment and do everything in their power to be as sustainable as possible. From ethically sourced natural products, to FSC Certified paper for their packaging, they are an extremely sustainable skincare line.

Do they have ethical policies in place?

Yes! They are Certified by PETA for being cruelty-free meaning that no animals are ever harmed in the making of Tata Harper's skincare. They have a Code of Conduct protecting workers rights and ethically source their products.

Is their shipping carbon neutral or sustainable?

There is no evidence of carbon off-setting or carbon-neutral shipping.

Is their packaging sustainable or recyclable?

The majority of their packaging is made from glass because it is highly recyclable and can be used time and time again. They use minimal plastic, and what little they do use is necessary for the function of the packaging. The plastic resin they use for their tubes is derived from sugar cane, which makes it a renewable resource instead of a petroleum base. For shipping they use 100% post-consumer materials or recycled paperboard and they use soy-based ink for printing.
