There is evidence that they pay their workers a fair and living wage, although little is known about the workers in the first stage of production. In 2021 they are aiming to become a cruelty-free / vegan company!

Whimsy + Row is an entirely carbon-neutral company. They offset their emissions with Carbonfund.org, who is leading the fight against climate change.

They are committed to becoming a zero-waste business. They package their goods in reusable containers or simply carry each style on hangers to deliver them to their warehouse for customer shipping. They use 100% recycled materials from Eco-Enclose for shipping. Their mailers are made from 50% post-consumer waste and designed to re-use, while their boxes contain 95% post-consumer content and are manufactured at home in the USA, and they are adorable!
